• BREAKFAST: Small welcome breakfast kit complimentary, so you can have breakfast on the first day: toasts, grated tomato with olive oil, toast, butter, jam, muffins, and milk. In addition to coffee capsules, ground coffee, honey, brown sugar, tea and herbal teas.
• EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUT: Free of charge, subject to availability.

IMPORTANT

• Please note that you are booking a private home, not a hotel, and with that comes a greater degree of independence.
• Maximum occupancy: Up to 5 guests are allowed, plus 1 infant under 12 months.
• Babies aged 0 - 12 months old: They can stay free of charge in a crib, provided this is requested in advance and confirmed beforehand.
• Children aged 1 - 9 years: For safety reasons, we do not accept children aged 1-9 years. The house has two floors, the stairs do not have safety gates, and the terrace bench may pose a risk to young children (see photos). If you agree to these conditions and assume responsibility, we would be delighted to host your family.
• Room usage: The rate includes 1 bed for 2 people, except for single room. If 2 people wish to use 2 rooms, or if 3 or 4 people will occupy all the rooms, they must notify us in advance so that we can prepare them. A supplement of 25 euros per night will be applied for each extra room.
• The fireplace may only be used if you request permission in writing from the owner in advance and receive approval.
• By making a reservation, you agree to these Terms, the House Rules, and any additional rules provided during the booking process or at the property.
• We do not charge a cleaning fee, but we ask guests to leave the kitchen as they found it and the house tidy. If not, a cleaning fee may be charged.

NOT ALLOWED

• Unregistered visitors at check-in, including guests, friends, or family members.
• Storing bicycles (manual or electric) or electric scooters inside the house or on the terrace.
• Parties or events.
• Smoking, e-cigarettes, or vaping inside the house.
• Storing or using drugs or any other illegal or hazardous substances in the house.
• The use of conventional candles or any open flames.
